The United States and Iran on Thursday tentatively agreed on a 60-day memorandum of understanding to extend their current ceasefire. The deal is awaiting final sign-off by President Donald Trump. A federal judge allows the Trump administration to implement an executive order imposing restrictions on mail-in voting. The judge rejected a request from Democrats for an injunction against the order. Authorities say there is no hope of finding survivors after a chemical tank implosion in Washington state, with two confirmed deaths and nine people still missing. The disaster could become one of the deadliest industrial accidents in recent U.S. history....
