Democratic incumbent Rep. Adam Gray will face Republican Kevin Lincoln in the race to defend his congressional seat in a majority-Hispanic district in California’s agricultural heartland that he narrowly snatched from Rep. John Duarte (R-Calif.) in 2024 with a margin of just 187 votes. Gray first ran in 2022 but lost the seat to Duarte by 564 votes.
